Excellent Stay in Restored Convent

friendly staff wide variety convenient service

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. The experience was peaceful and restful. I specifically enjoyed the artwork present in each corner of the hotel. The personnel was excellent, I found them kind and very professional. Car parking was also convenient (a plus in this area).

The rooftop pool area was a bit crowded . It features only a few loungers. This made finding a spot difficult at times. I would have liked more space for relaxation.

the suite was spacious and elegantly designed. it reminded me of a sanctuary. the location was also walkable to many points of interest..

the gym lacked readily available towels and one had to call downstairs to obtain them.

The breakfast was nice it had a beautiful arrangement of exotic fruits. Our Junior Suite had a balcony surrounded by a tiled roof. The front of house staff were friendly and professional they were helpful.

The rooms can be loud I could hear people talking. The hotel should consider stopping trying to be so faithfully monastic in its decor. It should mix it up with modern creative interior design. It should bring some brightness to the hotel

The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. They provided guidance to other parts of the island.

The walls are emulsion in white, perhaps some modern interior design would add brightness.

the suite i had included a very comfortable bed, also a large bathroom area! i found a dressing room, nice. i thought the breakfast choice offered an excellent spread. the hotel staff were amazing and helpful with all requests.

the rooftop pool is quite small. it did not give me much space to swim. they need more loungers up there.
